We are being inundated by complaints coming to us us from another site that is NOT AccessoryTown. They are abusing our name. If you placed an order through accessorytownshop.com, acctown.com, or any number of other sites they go by- that is not us. You will need to contact them via their site, accessorytownshop, etc. to resolve any order issues. Thank you.
If you received an email from support@accessorytown-customerservice.com that is not us. You will need to reply to that email- or go to their site, accessorytownshop to contact them. We are simply getting too many complaints from this fraudulent company. If they do not reply to you within a reasonable amount of time, say 48 hours, then we highly suggest you contact your credit card company and initiate a charge back to get a refund.
